Work out how much you would save

Calculate the savings to be made by implementing the Remote Forensics solution. This saving is displayed as money and time savings, additionally the number of extra jobs that can be completed is also displayed.

How it works...

1. Work out how many incidents you have in local, medium and distant locations. Fill in the boxes in the left yellow field.


2. Decide how any incidents you have per location per annum. Fill these into the right hand boxes in the yellow field.
3. The spreadsheet makes several assumptions in terms of the salary of any staff and the cost of an external analyst. It also assumes the mileage travelled for each location in the calculation process.
   
4. The Benefit Calculator then works out:
   
   
   1. the annual costs you incur currently
   2. the saving made in travel costs
   3. how many more jobs can be processed in one year
   4. the cost of the Remote Forensics Solution for you
   5. potential extra income from chargeable staff
